which agp vid. card?

Hey guys, i was wondering, between these 2 cards at bestbuy which 1 should i get?

IF you have to, the top one, the 9800 pro is so overpriced its not even funny.

Price is high because it's Best "Try". That price is more than I paid for mine and I bought it 1 1/2 years ago. 9800 has worked for me but might as well go with the better and lower priced card.....

 

Don't quote this on me, but the x700 is radeons version of the Nvidia 6600 card.
x800 = 6800

 

If your gonna stick it in your agpx4 board,I'd get a new mobo if I were you

I have ordered plenty from here and never had a problem any time you but an ati based card from ati themselves you will always pay more sapphire imakes good ati based cards.

 

are you guys hella crazy, why are you recommending 9800pro over x700pro?

 

no personally i would get the x700 but he was asking about the 9800pro and i was showing him different prices other than bestbuy. but really i would try to wait and get a pci express motherboad and go that route. or if he needed a card now get a lower price car for around $50.00 and save money to get a new system

 

ive already had the x700 i just noticed that about a week ago best buy's 9800pro 256mb card was 299 or 399 and i bought mine for 200 so, i was wondering why the 9800pro 256mb card was so much more expenisve??

 

Bestbuy is a retail outlet, meaning they got alot more bills to pay then an online store; so its possible that they purchased that video card at a very expensive price, in return to get profit they need to sell it higher too, no matter how old it is.
