    Goto Start --> Run

    Type in 'cmd' and press enter (without quotes)

    In the COmmand Prompt that pops up type in 'echo %PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%' and press enter (without quotes)

    If it says x86 then you have a 32bit processor if it says x64 then you have a 64 bit processor.

    32bit CPU is what you have, the x86 gives it away as Matt mentioned above the two options in x86 and x64.

    In Aida32 ( which altho good is outdated now, so Everest Free or Belarc would be better options ) the clue is hidden in Motherboard > CPUID and under Instruction Set you would need to have AMD64 ticked to have a 64bit AMD CPU.
