Admitidly I can't see that photo too well but the resemblence must be better than the one between Me and Mary-Kate Olsen...

In the early 80's I looked like Max Weinberg of Springsteen's E Street Band-- but only in the Dancing In The Dark video, where he was only seen at the rear of the stage, behind the drum kit, and slightly out of focus. Many who knew me then commented they thought so anyway. At another point several years ago, the glasses, haircut, and a stubbly beard at the time drew comparisons to Clapton. Of course, seems like he looks different every time you see him. I'd rather have the talent than the resemblance, however.
