Which CPU Cooler/Case fan should I choose?

Okay, right now on my system below, I have the AMD stock fan on the CPU.
The last time I checked my PC (which is currently 90 miles away from me),
it ran at around 55-60 C idle (yeah, I know. icky). That's mightay toastay for
idle. Also, even though it won't be too much of a problem with the Sonata, the
case I have now doubles as a plane engine (the sound anyway). The case is
loud as hell. I can't actually hear the speakers at low volume, which I use to
    judge.

    Soooo...

On top of the new Antec case with the silent, single, 120mm case fan in the
rear, I want a new CPU cooler that is also silent & cool. I would also like a very
good silent 120mm case fan. Now, I'm not asking people to research for me. I
have provided some of my own choices for you & I to consider in this never-
ending search (been looking for many moons).

    CPU Coolers

    $40 - Zalman's Pure Copper Cooler (CNPS7000A-Cu)
    $28 - Thermaltake's Silent Boost K7

    Case Fan

    $15 - Vantec Stealth 120mm
    $12 - Kingwin 120mm Double Ball Bearing

Note that I'm paying attention to whether the fan speed can be controlled to
reduce it's noise if necessary, and/or making sure that it runs below 30 dBA
anyway. A range like 20-35 if controlled is fine.

You don't have to research, of course, but if you have any of these things
and would like to tell me if it works for you or you think it does what it's
supposed to, then please let me know. Thanks!

Most hs/f combos are better than the stock heatsink/fan, but you can do a bit of work on the stock one to make it better performing ;) A bit of lapping, have it take a light degreasing bath, anodise the fins for better heat dispersion... but it isnt really worth the effort.
