which cpu would run better?

i'm trying to decide between two AMD dual core processors. one is a 2.6 ghz the other is a 2.8 ghz. the 2.8 has a 1mb l2 cache while the 2.6 has a 2mb l2 cache, will the 2.8 still outperform the 2.6?

You should probably get the AMD 5000+ Black Edition 2.6 GHz. Its about the same price but will run cooler and consume less power even overclocked. The best part is that it has an unlocked multiplier so OCing is a breeze.
