Need help! I had to reformat my Dell Inspiron E1505. I found the drivers on the Dell support site and their recommended order for installation. How do I know which drivers are for my computer? There are 64 drivers total. I tried installing all of them which made a real mess, so I reformatted again rather than dealing with it. I'm back to a clean slate. What do I do???

You haven't told us which OS you're using. The first one I would download is the "Chipset Driver". Use the Intel mobile one. You can always enter in the service tag number on the bottom of the laptop to find out what is supposed to be in that particular unit.

I'm using Windows XP. Where do I go to enter the service tag?

Or include the service tag number in your next reply and I'll try to look it up for you.
