Which is best for making a site

    Besides using the good ol' notepad, what software do you guys suggest is best for making a professional looking (And working) website.

    -- By the way, I really don't have a budget that binds me, so feel free to suggest the expensive stuff.

    You mean just a design or is there code behind it? Basic design, I prefer dreamweaver. Other than that theres a whole nother world to jump into.

    Whats the sites functionality going to be?

    i use textpad or htmlkit when making websites, or if i get stuck I'll open dreamweaver or some sort of script developer. for editing i normally just use notepad too
