Which is the better GPU?

Hey, I have about $150 to spend. What is the best DirectX 10 supported card out right now for around that price?

I'm a big nVidia fan so I'd say the second link you posted is the way to go. BUT, take a look at this:

Thats a good question as one is 256Bit but with GDDR4 and Express 2.0 while the other has 320Bit but only with GDDR3. I would have a bit off a look at this and see if it helps:

But also have a look at some of the reviews being offered on that site.

 

Get the EVGA card.

Theres pretty much no question right now, for that price range you should grab an 8800GT 512MB. Its even better than the 8800GTS. Here is an XFX version, and a BFG OC version, both for the same price after a $30 rebate.
