Which .NET files are necessary?

Let's assume I want to distribute a .NET solution in a zip file. What is the minimum amount of files that I can distribute and the .NET solution will still be able to open everything properly?

The .cpp/.c/.h/.rc files are necessary, of course. And I assume the .sln file is needed, too.

    But, what about those:
    .aps
.vcproj (I assume this is needed)
    .pdb
    .idb
.obj (I assume this is unneeded)

    Thanks!
