Which upgrade?

Hey all,

Here is my system;
P4 3.06ghz @ 3.5
Nvidia 6800gt (agp)
768mb pc3200 (cheap, generic stuff)
Asus p4p800-vm (mobo)

I bought it in 2003, its getting a bit old now and is struggling to keep up with the latest games, namely battlefield 2142.
What could I upgrade to see the best performance increase for about £100? Is it worth it or should I just save up for a new system?

should do, I recently doubled my ram from 768MB up to 1.5GB and noticed a huge difference in loading and saving times. Now D.O.W. dark crusade actually shuts down when I want it to, previously it would hang for about 30 seconds.

I've got dual monitors running, and a program called 'meminfo' installed
because of the dual monitors I can see how much memory my system is using while i am playing a game on the other monitor.
D.O.W. Dark Crusade gets up to 1100MB !!
