Which video card should i buy????? :S

Ok i have the choice between 2 video cards, im going to be using it on my Dell OptiPlex GX260 and i just need a good video card for connecting my computer to my TV via S-Video and some decent video card, i have the choice between the two:

1. Radeon 7500 64MB AGP 4x (s-video included)

Im getting both for the price of $25

 

I would go with the MX400 considering that in its day it seemed to overachieve very well. As where the ATI radeon 7500 underachieved in many of its tests.

That being said, this was mostly in gaming that they performed this way. If you're just running to your TV you don't have to worry about resolution (unless you are running to a flat screen or something of that sort). However i did read that the Nvidia card does support up to 720p HD. But if you're planning on that you might want to go for a little better than an S-video connection.
