Which Vpn?

I received a new updated router from my ISP and decided to set up everything for wireless operation. Setting up a number of things for streaming brings me to the point where I need to make a long-delayed decision on a VPN. I've experimented before with 3, all of which they said they were the best, and all sucked, slowed down the system, froze things up, jiggly moue pointer, used huge amounts of cpu.

So I'm looking for user reviews, which is best?

I am looking at IPVanish...because I have a PC on Windows 10, a Mac OS, and iPad iOS and a firestick that is Android. I can use the same account for up to 5 simultaneous devices as long as they are on different servers. Beyond that I don't know anything except that I was watching a video about how to install terrarium on the fire stick, and the tech pointed out that you should use a vpn and while he was not recommending I noticed that he was using IPVanish, and seemed to have no impact on the speed at which he was working.

 

I use Buffered which is based in Hungary and run an extremely fast network of servers. No logs kept and close to 100% uptime!
Uses OpenVPN protocol which makes it look like your browsing a secure HTTPS site to your ISP....bugger em.
Unlimited speeds, bandwidth and server changes while allowing 5 simultaneous connections
It costs, but any decent VPN will.
