White background on websites using 4 different browsers

Hi, I am stumped! I have 4 different browsers. Safari, Chrome, Firefox and IE. All 4 of them are only giving me white backgrounds on all websites. I make websites and graphics. Websites can be completed if I can't see the backgrounds I am using. HELP !!!:confused

 

I use Windows 7. And from which browser would I go to tools and options? Firefox, chrome, IE or Safari ?

 

High Contrast is done through Control Panel.

Ease of Access>Optimize visual display

 

I got it finally, the high contrast wasn't turned on, but I went to the free downloads for new color themes etc. Downloaded a new one and put it on and it worked. I was literally missing background images before. I am working on a website for someone and made a custom background, but with whatever the problem was I couldn't see the background when I put it on, or even any background on any web page. No more roommates on this computer!! Thanks for the help everyone! Major Geeks rocks!:major
