I have just installed Rainbow Six: Vegas on to my PC which has the following specs:

OS - Windows XP Pro (SP2 Installed)
    CPU - Intel Pentium D 2.8Ghz
Video Card - 256mb Nvidia 7600GT (XXX Version)
    RAM - 1GB PC3200 DDR

Here's the problem... Everything in the game is smooth as hell with no lag at all even during intense battles, but whenever I go indoors I get white blurs in certain areas of the room/house or whatever and I'm also getting little flashes of red, green & blue around the screen. The problem is shown as an attachment.

Bump... I have the lastest drivers installed for my Video Card by the way, just thought I'd clear that up

Is it an origianl copy of the game. (Sorry have to ask nowadays) You seem to be missing some texture files. Probably worth reinstalling again if you havent already. Is this the only game this happens to? are you getting any other graphical glitches in other games? if so it may suggest your video card could be the problem.

I bought the game yeah. I'm just wondering, how could reinstalling the game make any difference as it will just be reinstalling the same files.

Also, I did have some problems with Quake 4 constantly crashing although I've been playing Oblivion for a while now on high settings and I've not experienced any problems.

Its possible but unlikely that not all the texture files was installed first time around, by reinstalling it may install the missing files. Worth a shot.

Having said that, if you are having problems with other games does suggest something else is up.

I start my reinstalling the games, just so you cancel that out.

Well, I uninstalled the game, uninstalled my drivers, rebooted, reinstalled my drivers, rebooted again, reinstalled the game, rebooted again and tried it out. Still the same problem.

Turning HDR off seemed to have solved the problem. I guess I'm gonna just have to play without HDR unless somebody has another suggestion.

EDIT: The funny thing is though, I can play Oblivion with HDR turned on and with no problems.
