White screen when playing some games

Hey guys,

My parents contacted me the other day about a problem they've been having with their computer. Apparently, the Yahoo! Games that my mom likes to download and play weren't working. Turns out, whenever she opens one up, it is nothing but a white screen. She said that this happened after my dad installed a newer version of Adobe Flash Player, but I have uninstalled that, reinstalled, and even tried downgrading. None of these things work. I've done a virus scan in safe mode, which turned up nothing. They're running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I'm completely stumped.

Some Flash content may not work with older graphics drivers. Check the display adapter and the device driver version (see my post in another forum: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765).
