Who Here Hates Ups

I ordered my stuff on Monday and newegg shipped it next day.And it first said will arrive on Friday.Oh wait it did not arrive on friday.But it will arrive next monday.Be cause we are slow.

It does not take 5 days to ship from CA to PA.I could drive to CA in two days if i really needed to.

UPS = Unreliable Parcel Service.

A parcel was sent to me from Canada on a Friday. Saturday I received a call from Customs South Africa to confirm my particulars. Monday the parcel was delivered to my door - 3 days from Canada to South Africa.

 

I'm not a fan of UPS, either, but to be fair they don't just ship YOUR package. They bundle packages that are going to the same (or nearly the same) destination so they can ship in bulk. Unless you paid for next day shipping, you are typically given a date range on which your package will arrive.

 

First UP's takes a week to deliver my products.And then oh wait for it.Newegg messed up my motherboard.I spent 230 dollars on a new motherboard and now have to send it back.When i got it the only thing in the box was the mother board and static bag.Nothing else.And on top of that i could not even temp to turn it on be cause the Brackets for the CPU cooler where missing and so was the IO shield.

I am ticked.First waiting for a week for my items and then having to send on item back tp there mess up.I have never had to do a newegg return be for such a pain.I did not even want to temp to turn it on to see if it worked.Looked like a open box type deal.When it should have been a new board.

 

Incredible to have such an unreliable delivery system...must be so frustrating for you. Any way you can complain as a Consumer to someone "above/in control of" those organisations?

Does no good.It goes in one ear and out the other for ups.Now at least newegg handles there end.

Hope they packed them goood.

 

When they say out for delivery it can mean they moved the item to the truck. If the truck isn't full on Friday you won't get item until Monday. I also hate it when they hand it off to USPS. A UPS truck will pass my house at 9AM but I have to wait for the 2:30PM mail.
