Who is logged into my PC

Hi - I am using a Samsung Chronos with i7 & Windows OS 8.1. I STUPIDLY have signed up to SkyDrive (DON'T) & I am now unable to determine when I am logged on to eg Windows Live & when I am not (clearly I know when I have physically logged on to skydrive, & when I have logged out - not convinced this stops MS from still accessing my laptop). I would like a simple piece of software that simply indicates who/what/when/where I am logged on. I use gmail (via Thunderbird) & am fairly happy that if I use eg startpage as search engine, then google s not downloading all my search data etc - not true re Microsoft!! Any suggestions welcome.
