Who writes these spyware/adware programs?

    Who writes this stuff? Are there actual software companies that sell these programs? Are they made in the US? What are the names of the companies?

    I've been curious about this for awhile now, so i thought i'd ask you guys

    hopefully someone has some answers

    There jerks are all over the world and if they were so easy to locate I'm sure by now that someone would have had them in front of a firing squad.
