whu opera 20 give this error

sometimes while using opera the following error is received,what is this error and how it
can be removed.
Failed Loading launscher_lib.dll.Please,reinstall opera

Are you sure you completely removed all the remnants of the attempt to install v 21?

if people know counting then they should know that 21 comes after 20.so first i installed opera 20,then as we all like new things so opera 21 appeared in google results so opera 21 was installed.

first i pressed yes nothing happened and then tried the other option and still nothing happened.

 

i am talking to friends right now.I Have installed/uninstalled opers several times.
