Why did i recieve this window while playing a flash game???

    Hello, I was just sitting here play BowMan http://ebaumsworld.com/bowman.html (Very Fun) when this screen came up (See below) I use MyIE2 Combo, running WINXP SP1

    TNKS IN ADVANCE FOR ALL THE HELP, YOU GUYS RULE!!!

    (EDIT) PS: I was in fulscreen mode and had to click CTRL+ALT+DEL to see my start bar... The pic is a screenshot i took cuz i knew it would help
