Why do I have an HP Drive?

If you look at my drives I have a second drive labeled HP Tools. Here are the screen shots of it, and what is inside. Can I delete this? Will my system crash or something? I have had a lot of issues with deleting/disabling my drivers, could this be the cause?

HP Tools on my machine contains stuff like the EUFI which deals with power and display management of the hardware.

You could delete it and it would still run, but you might have some performance quirks. Just leave it. It's not that large of a partition.

If it's a second drive (partition really), it probably contains bootable system diagnostics and such, removing it may not be a problem now but it might lead to some difficulties in the future.
