Why do I have this KEYLOGGER!

    When I run Yahoo Anti-Spy the following keylogger consistantly appears even after previously deleting it. First, how can I trace the origins of this keylogger? Second, how can I permanently remove this keylogger? I've also ran Ad-aware with no success. Thanks for your help!
