Why Does My Pc Suddenly See Every File As An “online-only” File?

All of a sudden, every time I go to delete a file, I get this message (see attachment):

“Deleting an online-only file permanently removes it from your PC without sending it to the Recycle Bin.”

I checked out the files’ properties, but I didn’t see anything that looked like it might be causing this.

I rebooted, but not surprisingly, that didn’t change anything.

Any idea what’s going on here, and how I can correct this problem?
