Why is my HP printer randomly enlarging scans??

    WE got this HP Photoshop printer free from someone who just didn't need it. Sometimes it just starts enlarging scan- not the end of the world, but it does take extra time to delete the photos & do them over again. And I would like to know if there's a way to enlarge the scans unpurpose, too! (No we have no manual)

    All the HP manuals are online but since you did not mention a model of HP printer, I could not point you to the download for the manual.
