why, oh why, do u have to destroy venom!?!

I hear topher grace is gonna play venom. Haden as sandman is okay by me cause i've seen this guy in other stuff and he can act, period. He can play good or bad (even better). I doubted him at first in other stuff cause i have watched wings but he has proven and produced good solid works. Now this guy from the 70s show which i have watched and watch sometimes is no solid actor. I've seen his crap films and he can't act. I saw that stupid movie where the other stars were Scarlett and Quaid and Grace has no freaking grace. He destroyed that movie. The others were okay with a bad script but it was his performace that sucked big time. He dragged the movie down further. I've seen this guy in other stuff to so I am not saying this because of one bad movie. I mean look at the 70s show. He is not great there either which I have noticed at times but it's covered up well because he isn't the only main character. He always has backup and the show ain't bad. The actors who play his parents on that show are lifesavers. The can act and they do thier jobs well. Yet, when it comes to destroying a character from a comic I used to ready all the time when I was younger, and the villian that I liked due to his slimmy unrelenting nature, I say no to this guy and anyone else like him. Why does sandman get a great character actor and Venom gets a actor who can't produce. I know venom isn't the main villian but save him for another film and get some other loser villian to get played by this guy. Venom who doesn't see things straight and sees spiderman as evil in his mind, deserves someone who can produce that feeling and effect. Venom really believes spiderman is the bad guy and he's the good guy and doesn't (almost all the time) see the people he is killing or hurting in his one minded effort to kill the spider. Due to how good the second film was, and I was unsure I wanted to see the first when I heard who was starring, I will see it. But unlike tobey and dunst who proved they could act before taking on these characters, topher (who doesn't want to be called christopher - as I look at some ego driven bio on him) hasn't proven he can act and I doubt he can. I am willing to go on a plunge here and say I rather have kutcher to play the role. At least he showed with some practice he has a chance. This guy ain't good either but at least he isn't a total waste. By the way, in case u didn't get it I am not a fan of kutcher's either but at least demi must be teaching him something besides the obvious. Get some pointers from Bruce too man. Now that guy - Bruce Willis - would rock hard core as Venom. he's got the build, the attitude and he can play the kind of crazy venom deserves - maybe even more than this character deserves in all honesty.
