Hey guys. I finally got my new TV, a 50" sony sxrd. I bought a DVI to HDMI cable to hook up with my Radeon 9800PRO but it didnt work. I ended up just hooking it up via vga and it looks great. The only problem is that I cant fill the 16:9 screen. I am wondering if this is because I am using the vga cable instead of the DVI cable. Could this be because my video card does not support the native resolution of the TV? So do I need a new video card? Any information about this will be greatly appreciated. Thx guys.
