Wierd Browsing Issue

So here it is, and im hoping it an easy fix.

I open up my web browser (Firefox or Chrome, does the same with both) and it works fine for about 5 min. Then the webpages start to either time out, or load very very slow.
Now while stuffing around with it, I figured out, i can surf the net no problems, so long as I always start in google, and follow a link from a google search result.

EG. Ebay. If I just type http://ebay.com.au in the addy bar, it wont open at all, or it will be very very slow. If I go to google, search ebay, then click on it, it opens and I can surf everywhere from there.

Ive tried running through all the malware removal, and nothing came up. Cant seam to find anyone else with this problem either.

Any ideas, muchly appreciated.
