wierd issue

Hi, I have two programs that were installed as patches but never worked I tried to delete them but an error message comes up saying "access is denied program is running or is in use by another program close other program before deleting" but there is no program running that has these in use. I have checked task manager but nothing that I can see would have these two things running and I don't see them running either.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

did you try closing other programs you dont need running? it might be a patch for a program that starts up on boot or something. i dunno why it would show up as another program on task manager tho. i would try to close other programs and see if that helps.
another thingyou could look into is Security Task Manager. i think you can download it from microsoft site, otherwise download.com should have it. Its a great program that acts as a task manager but it shows you the name of the program as you would see it not csdbnv like it says in task mngr and you dont know what it means confused also shows you the path to where the program is. check into it, youll like it.
