Wifi 86420 error code

Hi, almost every time I try to connect with someone over wifi on my DS, it wont let me and I get the error code 86420. It lets me get on wifi fine but anytime I want to exchange data through my ds, like for instance trading a pokemon to someone, it wont let me. I have a netgear wireless router model WGR614 v8. I also have norton's, and most people and websites like the nintendo wifi help site say it has to do with the routers firewall, and my normal firewalls like nortons, could anyone help me fix this?

 

Try punching your error code into Nintendo.com's search bar. It should come up with an answer, or link to something with an answer.

 

I did but I couldnt find anything really that helped
