Wifi card Ant cable..

I wanna get a cable for my internal wifi card where the antena goes but Idk what the cable is called, anyone know??

Well it is a wifi antenna socket and here are some on newegg, very valid question as to the specific name for that socket. You will see many cable there as well as antennas. Hope this helps some:

They're just called wireless antenna extension cable.

How many antenna connectors are on your wireless card? You can get extension antennas with 2-3 connectors on one end and 2-3 antennas on the other.
