WiFi Problems with connection

Hi,
I hope someone can help as I have a random problem.

This is a new problem and I am not sure why it has started.

I have been using this laptop on my wireless network for the past 3 years and it has been fine.

My computer losses connection to the network after about 5minutes which it never used to do. I can then see the network and when I try and reconnect it just wont reconnect.

The only way to solve this is going into "Computer Management" and restarting the Wireless Zero Configuration.

Any ideas?
