Will 360 headset work on PS3 with PC adapter?

    Ok so i have a Xbox 360 headset and i want to know if u buy the Adapter that allows it to be played on the PC, will i be able to plug it into the usb of my ps3 and get it to work??

    This is the adapter on bestbuy Microsoft Wireless WinPC Adapter
