   As soon as I turn on my computer it tells me boot failed load from disk. I inserted my windows xp disk and it without any options given to me it starts what i guess is the load process. Then it stops and says
   
   File dpti2o.sys is corrupted. Please help me with my next step thank you.

   Is the disc scratched? If it is, try polishing it lightly with a little toothpaste. Then try it again.
