Will someone please help me..

WEll, as of today by dvd burner won't work. MY comp runs very slow. Windows is telling me that I have no antivirus installed (i do, completely up to date nav2005). I ran a hijack this log and don't know what I am supposed to be looking for. Any help would be extemely appreciated. Here it is:

Go to the spyware specific section. Read the stickies there than ask for help with HJT if you need.
