My computer died on me a month ago, I had to replace my motherboard, cpu and power supply. I also went from 32 bit to 64 bit processor, so... will XP be able to boot up as drivers and informations on it are from the old system?

you'll have to run the installation of windowsXP off the CD again and choose the repair option. It's a fool proof method but it should work.
