Win 10 Can't Login

    Hi all, I just moved house, about six blocks. I can't login to my desktop. I also can't boot safe mode. All USB,s are unplugged. Just me wireless keyboard and mouse. Pressomg set password just gives me the oppion of F And E drive not C: anyone know any hacks Jeff yankme@hotmail.com

    If the computer was moved and your system no longer "sees" C drive, the first thing I'd do is open the case and disconnect and reconnect the connections to the C drive. If C, F and E are all on the same drive, then I'm not sure what is going on.

    I don't run Windows 10 but if I recall, you need an internet connection because it uses a MS account to log in. You can create a local account to log in.

    You need to supply a few more details.
    a) Did you create a local account?
    b) Does your new location have internet access?
    c) Are E and F partitions on the same hd or are they things like an optical drive, data drive?
    d) When you say you can't log in, please describe in detail what you see when you turn on the computer.

    A. I believe local b.yes. C one drive d. I just see where to type in the password, and it says try again. I don't think I need internet to get into the PC I'll check the C drive. Thanks

    Ok it seen E as my USB and F is my disk player. It won't find the C drive
    I believe it's something to do with the connection
    It's late, I'm on Australia. If you think I need internet I'll get some.

    Do you have a cell that can connect to the internet.If so try sharing your mobile devices internet make sure you have some kinda device on your computer that allows wifi dongle.
