Win 10 Mail App

Anyone else trying out the Mail app in Win 10? I've been using Thunderbird for at least 10 years and didn't have great expectations of Mail but I was wrong and can foresee it replacing my TBird in the not so distant future. In Win 10 it just flows and I love the way it handles multiple accounts - makes other mail apps feel distinctly clunky. It's very clever at configuring new accounts too, hardly any thing required of the user. 10/10

 

Good to know. I have not taken the time but will soon be closing some junk email accounts with yahoo so will definitely look at it.

 

It's on three separate systems here Tim, no issues at all. Time to run sfc?

 

Is this any more user-friendly/easier than going to outlook.com?

 

If you only use one email address there isn't anything in it imo, but I have four and it's a one horse race. Multiple email addresses in a browser based email are a pita, like this -


Setting up additional accounts in the Mail app require little more than an email address and password. But it isn't just usability, it's also the way it's presented - Mail is so smooth.
