Win 10 Problem

twice now for some reason when i try to open, this computer,network,recycle bin,and my folder thats on the desktop they won't open.the screen does a quick blink and nothing happens.
the only way i was able to fix it is system restore to an earlier point.anyone know why this happens?

Only you can know what happened on your system after the time and date of that working System Restore Point.
It could be something installed/updated/uninstalled, or some program being used that involved system files.
We can't know that.

 

i cant really think of anything i changed or did.just kinda wondered if it has happened to anyone else.

update!...it happened again and i figured out what it was.in personalization where you can change icon text size and message box text,i changed desktop icon text to 13 from 11.after that this computer,recycle bin and stuff wouldn't open.changed it back and they opened.
if anyone whats to try that im sure curious if it does it to you too.

 

Thanks for the update. I'm visually impaired (bilateral cataracts) and changed the size of text t0 10 for message boxes and the like but, I also ticked Bold. I haven't had any of your issues. I did have to reset text size after the update to build 10586.
