Win. 2000 question

    Does this OS (Win. 2000) offer the option of either encrypting folders or creating a password protected folder - my wife would like to do one of these on her work computer to store some personal info - if possible a short explanation (how to do it) would be appreciated - I'm not familiar with this OS - Thanks MG'ers
