Win 7 Boot fail

I've had to reinstall Win 7 a few times now because something keeps causing the boot files to corrupt (probably my motherboard which I can't afford to replace right now). Essentially I can't ever turn off my computer as it's highly likely it won't boot up without a complete disk format. The Win 7 disk fails to fix the boot problem every time. Sleep mode is fine, which is what I use instead of shutting down.

Now because of a power cut the same problem has happened again, but this time system recovery has booted up an old install on my second hard drive so all my files and programs are intact but I cannot use them.

• Is there any way to create a boot disk for the other windows installation on the other disk from the current windows install I'm running?
  
• Is there a way to fix the boot files from this install to get it to boot up properly?
  
• Is it possible to make the programs installed on the other drive run on this windows install?

I'd try a few things out before asking, but I'm probably only going to get one shot at a reboot as this install I'm running on now was also a previous attempt to fix the boot problems (I bought a new disk because I thought it was a drive problem, hence two disks with windows installs on them). It literally takes me days to fix this each time it happens as I have to restart after installing drivers after the Win 7 install which fails most times, so I have to keep sitting about reinstalling over and over. I know this is an easy fix by just replacing the motherboard, but I'm horribly in debt and really can't afford it.

I forgot that this previous install is a 32-bit install and the one I'm trying to repair is 64-bit...
