    Nvidia 9800GTX+ (512 MB RAM, DX 9)
    Vista Home Basic 32 bit

I want to upgrade to Win 7 Home Premium (preferably 64 bit), however I play games so I need my OS to run fast. Which would be faster, a clean install of Win 7 or an upgrade?

    Thanks

    Hi

You will have to do a clean install of Win7 x64 as an upgrade over Vista 32bit will not work sadly.

Clean install will also be much better to troubleshoot any issues you may get and will run alot better oer an upgrade,

Did you run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor app to see what issues you may get with your hardware and apps? well worth running before an install of Win7 to see what problems you may face.
