    Hi.

Does anyone know of a link to a genuine (unregistered) Win 7 Pro download. I have a PC with Win 7, including the COA, but because the COA is OEM the MS site won't allow me to download. Can't see why I shouldn't be able to do a reinstall on the original PC ?

    Cheers

Thanks for that. Unfortunately the Win 7 Pro SP1 COEM is currently not supported on the list. I will give the 2018 version a go and see if that is compatible.

    Cheers

If you download the ultimate edition, as in picture
Then use this utility ,with 7 zip, you can make open windows iso to get to all versions, and yours will be choosable from the converted iso

The ei.cfg Removal Utility is a simple tool that will remove the ei.cfg file from any Windows ISO disc image, thereby converting the image into a "universal disc" that will prompt the user to select an edition during setup. This tool works by toggling the deletion bit in the UDF file table, eliminating the need for unpacking and rebuilding the ISO, which means that this is extremely fast (the process of patching the ISO to remove ei.cfg takes only a fraction of a second), and the process is easily reversible (running the utility on a disc image patched by this utility will restore the disc image to its original state).
Note: For more information, please consult the readme.txt file found within each package.

This is a link to the retail versions, which is the issue. For some reason MS won't let you download an OEM version with an OEM COA.

Will give this a go tonight.
If DavidGP's method doesn't work I will have to give this a try.

    Thanks for the replies.

    They're much appreciated.
