Win 7 Runs Multiple Processes Of Many Things, Runs Bad Now

I've noticed my old windows 7 has been running kinda slow lately despite my cleaning stuff and antivirus checking, so i checked processes. I have a lot of things all of a sudden it'll run a bunch of taking up a ton of memory. It runs like 7 chrome and firefox, and steam which messes up everything. I can close some of them without it closing the program but they come back. I can't afford a new computer right now and I hate windows past 7 so i wouldn't want them. Fireofox has what is called multi-process.This is necessary each process has a pacific task.Steam is most likely the same way.Unless you multiple tabs open.

 

I can confirm that it runs multiple process i just installed it my self have a look.



If your system is lagging i would suggest running chkdsk /f in command prompt.And defraging the hard drive.
