I am running bootcamp on a mac with windows 7 pro. A few days ago, I had problems with scrolling and strange mouse clicks that I tracked down to my wireless mouse not working properly. I removed it and computer was working fine. At that time I ran malwarebytes and found no issues. At this time I also ran ccleaner to free up some hard drive space (I cannot remember I did the registry cleaner option). The computer was working fine until this am when I again started having an issue where I could not scroll down page without it returning to the top. I removed mouse (different one) and problem continued with track pad. I restarted computer and windows 7 will not boot up. Startup repair runs but cannot repair failure. It will not reboot to 'last known working state' and memory test did not show any issues. I attempted to repair using WIN 7 install disc which did not work. I did want to reinstall windows if it meant losing files saved in windows on computer. Everything seems to be working fine on the mac side. Many thanks for your help and please advise.
