Tried opening window today and wont load. loaded win7 installation disk and tried the repair feature. Now system only open to say "Setup is starting services" and will not go any further even with install disk in it or out of it.
What can I possibly do to restore. There is no backup disk or recovery disk to this system.:(
All help will be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you may have your recovery partition set as active rather than your Win7 partition.

Boot from the Win7 DVD and after it tries to repair hit the Next button to get to the 5 Advanced options. Choose Command Prompt. Type the following commands:

    diskpart
    select disk 0
    list partition
(post back with the partition numbers and sizes)

Continue in diskpart with these commands until you find the partition whose "Active" status is "Yes" in the details information. When you locate the active partition you can just type exit to quit diskpart.

    select partition 1
    detail partition
    select partition 2
    detail partition
    select partition 3
    detail partition
