win 7 won't boot. won't load repair mode, safe mode, or

Last known good configuration.
Toshiba Satellite a505 starts up with no weird noises but everything I do ends up with black screen with safe mode white cursor.
I can get to F12 blue screen mode but not sure where to go from there.

You guys think this is virus related or broken HDD?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Like a total yoyo, I have pics and vids from every camera and cell phone I've ever had on this laptop.

Can you make a bootable CD and check hardware?

Or a bootable USB.
can you F2 to the BIOS?
Do you have another HDD you can install?
We need to know a little more to suggest more.
