win 8..1 change pc settings

    Hello
    When ever I use 'change pc settings' it stays in the task bar - that is alright.
    However, I look in task manager and I see it there until I end the task.
    The reason I bring this up is that i have has a few issues where a program has not closed and that was it.

    Has anyone had this situation where task manage finds it after it has been removed from the taskbar?
