Win 8.1 Hompage has Taken over PC, I cannot sign in as a Local User or get out of it

Hi I just reinstalled Windows 8 and 8.1 after a Heap of trouble (4 Times in 7 months' all Password and User account related)its about user accounts and Passwords in Windows 8.1” I Noticed yesterday as I was reinstalling Apps and stuff that
I only had 1 User account in "Users" and a "Default One" . No Admin Account but So I used my new "Microsoft Account" Password and it worked ? This morning I turned the PC on and without my touching anything The PC booted to the Homegroup account named with old "Name" I used to name my Computer as in "Spare Room Comp" I have never used or set up a "Homegroup Account" ? My normal Password for "Local Account" would not work here... But the "Microsoft Account Password" did?? So I tried to switch in Users Accounts is "Spare Room Comp"" to go back to my Local Account No go the only account that shows is this doesn't matter what I do I can't Change out of the "Spare Room Comp" account? Now and I notice if I try and click ClassicShell start and then Control Panel the it locks up until I push the Windows Button. I named the PC as DashasPC and did not setup a "Networking Option" go anywhere near this Homegroup thing or create a Password when I was "Repair installing" Windows 8 then (.1) I still have to Bypass the Logging in each time Page but I cannot do that until I can get into My Local User Admin Account?
