win 8.1 start screen

this might sound funny . is there a app or program that will allow me to use a nuc explosion , you tube video for my start screen ( it must stop at the end of the video , i don't want it to lope .
i found one one line , what i want to do is replace the standard screen shoot ; with the video and want it to stop at end of the video )
hp envy - 17 inch - intel I7 - geforce 270 m with 2 gig card - 16 gig ram ( l/top )
