Win 95.98 only--Gotta slow bootup or errors on bootup??

You need to start up your PC in "Bootlog.txt" mode. Press F8 and select option 2 on booting up.

It lists all your bootup bits and pieces, gives approximate time it takes for each process.
Separate boxes to show delays and/or errors only. Tick/untick appropriate box or boxes.
You can save the info but only with 8.3 filenames, not long filenames. It will truncate anything over 8 characters in the file name. You don't need to be an Advanced user to read the output but probably need to be one to do anything about it. Baz
